BRAD JONES is vice president, claims counsel for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Mr. Jones has a broad and diversified legal background with more than 15 years of experience in real estate law, land title law, business law and tax law. As claims counsel, he analyzes and makes insurance coverage decisions, and also reviews land titles and makes determinations on the best way to cure title defects. Mr. Jones is a frequent lecturer to attorneys and real estate professionals on real estate, title insurance, attorney escrow accounts and real estate fraud. He received his Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Taxation degrees from the University of Mississippi, his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law, and his LL.M. degree from New York University.
JOHN D. MAYO is a partner with the law firm of Fair & Mayo, PLLC, and of counsel with the law firm of Mayo Mallette, PLLC. He practices in the areas of real estate, general litigation, creditors' rights, probate, and criminal law. He is admitted to practice in Alabama, before all Alabama federal district courts, before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, in Mississippi, before all Mississippi federal district courts, and before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar, the Alabama State Bar and the ATLA. Mr. Mayo earned his B.S. degree from the University of Mississippi and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
MATTHEW T. VITART is an attorney at Randall, Segrest, Weeks & Reeves, PLLC, practicing in the areas of real property and business transactions. He represents buyers, sellers, borrowers and lenders in both residential and commercial real estate transactions; and represents businesses and owners in a variety of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, business formation and corporate governance. With experience in employment litigation, Mr. Vitart also advises management teams on employment law compliance. After working as an assistant to a real estate broker and then as a licensed realtor, he began his legal practice as a commercial litigator at another respected Jackson firm, where he represented clients in pursuing and defending claims primarily involving business and contract disputes and labor and employment matters. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the business opportunities group at an established business transactions firm in Ridgeland. There, Mr. Vitart handled a wide range of corporate law matters and business transactions. In addition to his civilian law practice, he serves part-time as a judge advocate in the Mississippi Army National Guard. Formerly counsel to the commander of the 112th Military Police Battalion in Canton, he now serves as an appointed trial defense counsel. Mr. Vitart holds an economics degree from Mississippi State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Mississippi College School of Law, both with honors. He is a member of the Mississippi Secretary of State’s Business Law Update Study Group and volunteers from time to time as a business mentor to startup companies through Innovate Mississippi.

WILLIAM WILLIAMS is a shareholder with Williams & Nichols, PA, where his main areas of practice are business planning and operations, estate planning and administration, federal taxation, state taxation, local taxation, healthcare business planning, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. Mr. Williams is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar and State Bar of Georgia. He earned his B.A. and master's degrees from the University of Mississippi, his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law, and his LL.M. degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
