SHARON MENCHYK is an attorney with Maiello Brungo Maiello LLP, where her practice focuses primarily on commercial, real estate transactions and employment matters. Ms. Menchyk is admitted to practice law in the Pennsylvania State courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Western and Middle districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Ms. Menchyk has utilized her experience with commercial matters to author Pennsylvania Secured Transactions Under Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code: Forms and Practice Manual. She graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
SHANE D. SCLICHTER is a partner in the law firm of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, where he is a member of the finance, energy and real estate group. He has nearly two decades of experience in banking and commercial finance law. In his practice, Mr. Sclichter primarily represents commercial banks and borrowers in a wide range of multi-lender and single lender secured and unsecured financing transactions, including real estate development and construction financing, asset-based lending facilities, acquisition financings, equipment financings, mezzanine financings, and intercreditor and subordination agreements. He also has experience with real estate sales and acquisitions (commercial and residential), including purchase and sales agreements, title insurance matters, inspection issues, transfer tax issues, survey requirements, and leasing issues. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sclichter was senior counsel at First Niagara Bank. He received his B.A. degree from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, and his J.D. degree from the Duquesne University School of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, The West Virginia and New Jersey State bar associations.
KENNETH J. YARSKY II is a shareholder and director of Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C., and chair of the firm's real estate services group. His practice focuses on all aspects of real estate, business and banking, estate planning, estate administration, creditor's rights, civil litigation, and title insurance litigation. Mr. Yarsky's real estate practice with developers and lenders includes acquisition, development, construction, finance, leasing and zoning. He is a frequent lecturer on real estate law and related law for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Allegheny County Bar Association, National Business Institute, and various other providers of continuing education for legal, real estate, accounting, banking and insurance professionals. Mr. Yarsky is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American bar associations. He is a past chairman and current council member of the Real Property Section and is on the Landlord-Tenant Advisory Rules Committee, Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. Mr. Yarsky earned his B.S. degree from the University of Dayton and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
