BARRY K. JONES is a shareholder in the Jackson, Mississippi office of Pettis, Barfield & Hester, P.A., where he practices in the areas of state and federal taxation, business law, estate planning, estate administration, and elder law. Mr. Jones is also a certified public accountant and accredited estate planner. He is a frequent speaker to professional, civic, and academic groups on taxation, business law, estate planning, estate administration, and elder law topics. Mr. Jones is a member of the American Bar Association (Taxation, and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections), Tennessee Bar Association (Taxation, and Probate and Trust Law sections), The Mississippi Bar (Taxation, and Estate and Trust sections) and the State Bar of Georgia (Taxation, Fiduciary Law, and Elder Law sections). He is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Mississippi, Financial Planning Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Personal Financial Planning Section) and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Jones serves on the adjunct faculty of Mississippi College School of Law, where he teaches wills and estate administration. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, and J.D. and LL.M. degrees from Emory University School of Law.
ALEIDA A. VILLARREAL is an attorney with Law Office of Aleida A. Villarreal, PLLC. She practices in the areas of wills, trusts, probate and elder law. Ms. Villarreal is a member of the State Bar of Texas and National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). She is also a member of the San Antonio Estate Planners Council and the San Antonio Bar Association. She is a lawyer in good standing with the State Bar of Texas since 2013. Ms. Villarreal earned her J.D. degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.
