SCHWARTZ is a partner with Stegmeier Gelbart Schwartz & Benavente LLP, where he practices in the areas of child custody and visitation, domestic violence, child support and spousal support, and family law. He has been a certified family law specialist since 2007. He is a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists State Board of Directors, where he serves as its educational director, and as a member of its Legislation Advisory Committee, Membership Benefits Committee, and The Specialist editorial board. Mr. Schwartz earned his J.D. degree from Western State University College of Law and his B.S. degree from the University of North Texas.
