MICHAEL A. HACKARD is the owner of Hackard Law Corporation, an estate, trust and probate law firm in Sacramento, California. Mr. Hackard has practiced law as a member of the California bar for over 40 years. His practice includes trust, estate and elder financial abuse litigation. Mr. Hackard is the author of The Wolf at the Door: Undue Influence and Elder Financial Abuse. He earned his B.A. degree from California State University and his J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law.
OLENA LIKHACHOVA is an attorney with the Law Office of Daniel I. Spector.
