She received her B.A. degree from Oklahoma State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas Law School. Ms. Shilling is a member and past chair of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association Probate & Trust Committee and adjunct faculty member at Drury University. She is a cofounder of the Southern Missouri Women Lawyers Association. Ms. Shilling has presented numerous seminars in regard to the probate process. She is a member and past chair of the Christian County Bar Association and is a board member of the Christian County Optimist Club.
