RICHARD K. ABRAHAM is a member in the law firm of Abraham & Bauer, LLC, in Towson, Maryland. His practice focuses on elder law, including asset preservation, asset management in a fiduciary setting, medical assistance plans, medical assistance applications, guardianship, and special needs planning; estate and trust planning; and probate. He is a frequent lecturer on those topics, among others at McCormick Spices, Johns Hopkins Hospital and University, St. Joseph's Hospital, the pre-retirees of Baltimore City government, the Social Security Administration, Northrop Grumman, Bethlehem Steel, and the Baltimore and Bethesda Kiwanis clubs. Mr. Abraham is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association (Elder Law and Estate Planning sections); the Baltimore County Bar Association, where he has chaired different committees; The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA); and The Geriatric Assistance Information Network of Harford County. He is also a past member of the Baltimore City Bar Association and its Executive Committee. Mr. Abraham earned his B.A degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School, where he was the recipient of the Dean's Award.
LEANNE FRYER-BROYLES is an attorney with Frost & Associates, LLC, located in Annapolis, Maryland. She focuses her practice on estates and trusts, and international tax compliance for individuals. Ms. Broyles also works with individuals who own assets abroad to achieve U.S. tax compliance and assists individuals with FATCA reporting, FIRTPA, Streamlined Compliance Procedures, Offshore Voluntary Disclosures, and offshore audits. Ms. Broyles is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association. She is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She earned her B.A. degree from The University of Virginia and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law.

MICHAEL J. STELMACK is an attorney based in Lutherville, Maryland. Mr. Stelmack practices in the areas of probate, estate administration, trust administration, and estate planning. Mr. Stelmack is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Maryland and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. He is a member of the Baltimore County Bar Association, Estates & Trusts Section Committee (2012 -2014) and a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Section of Estates & Trust Law and Section of Elder and Disability Rights. Mr. Stelmack serves on the Section Council of the MSBA Elder and Disability Rights Section (2016 - 2020). He was recognized as a Maryland Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2012, 2018, 2019, and 2020. Mr. Stelmack serves on the Board of Directors of the First Maryland Disability Trust, a non-profit organization that administers special needs trusts for disabled Marylanders.
SAHMRA A. STEVENSON is the founder of S.A. Stevenson Law Offices, LLC, with offices located in Columbia and College Park, Maryland. Her practice focuses on the areas of family law litigation, estate planning, and small and family business law services. In 2016, Ms. Stevenson launched Wills On Wheels, Inc., a mobile estate planning business serving the residents of Maryland. She is the assistant editor of the American Bar Association's Affiliate Newsletter, the chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of Technology Committee, and a member of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Membership and Leadership Academy committees. Ms. Stevenson earned her B.A. degree from Tufts University and her J.D. degree from American University, Washington College of Law.
