MICHELLE J. WEIL is the principal attorney of the Charleston law firm of Michelle J. Weil, Attorney at Law, LLC. She served as the law clerk at the Charleston County Probate Court from March 2013 until January 2015. During her clerkship, she assisted with implementing the 2013 amendments to the South Carolina Probate Code and was a speaker at the Nineteenth Annual Probate Court Seminar. Ms. Weil earned her B.A. degree in business administration from the College of Charleston and her J.D. degree from the Charleston School of Law.

TAMEIKA ISAAC DEVINE is a partner in the Columbia law firm of Jabber & Isaac, PA. Since 1997, Ms. Devine has practiced in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, probate law, personal injury, business transactions and governmental relations. She serves as an adjunct professor at the Columbia campus of The University of Phoenix. In 2002, Ms. Devine was elected to the at-large seat on Columbia City Council.
