DAVID A. CLOUGH is a sole practitioner in Southbury, Connecticut, where he focuses his practice on legal matters involving business related matters and estate planning matters. He is an NRA certified instructor and has an extensive background dealing with firearms related legal matters and clients. Mr. Clough has developed over 30 years of continuing client relationships which is one of the benchmarks of his firm’s success. He graduated from Lehigh University with his B.A. degree and then went on to earn his J.D. degree from Gonzaga School of Law in Spokane, Washington. Mr. Clough is admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Connecticut, Federal District Court, and the U.S. Tax Court.
NATHAN R. LYNCH is the founding member of Nathan R. Lynch PLLC offering a full range of legal services in business and civil law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Connecticut. Mr. Lynch earned his B.A. degree from Western New England College and his J.D. degree from Massachusetts School of Law. He is currently litigating a case against the town of Williamsburg over his clients constitutional rights to shoot guns on their private property. Mr. Lynch is an avid shooter, is licensed to carry in the state of New Hampshire, and is a lifetime member of the NRA.
KERRI A. QUINTAL established her own practice following graduation from Southern New England School of Law. Located in North Attleboro Massachusetts, she has been representing an eclectic group of clients with a wide variety of legal issues. A zealous advocate for second amendment rights, Ms. Quintal has aided clients ranging from LTC holders to FFL dealers with various firearms related issues, including denied LTC applications, possession of large capacity magazines, dangerousness hearings, felony assault and battery, and even identity fraud involving firearms. A member of the NRA (National Rifle Association) and GOAL (Gun Owners Action League) she is actively involved in current events and is working to protect every American’s second amendment rights. As part of her continuing education Ms. Quintal has also been training as a NRA pistol instructor. She has been recognized for her work with the New Center for Legal Advocacy and South Coastal Legal Services amongst others. A former member of the adjunct faculty at Fisher College and Dean College, and a new member of the adjunct faculty at Bristol Community College, Ms. Quintal is qualified not only to practice but to teach law, government, criminal justice and social services. She is admitted to practice before The United States Court of Appeals of Massachusetts, United States District Court of Massachusetts, Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts and the United States Supreme Court.
