Constance S Bourne has specialized in the areas of elder law, probate, guardianship, and estate administration for the past 10 years. She is devoted to serving the needs of the older adult population and devotes her time to pro bono efforts, advising local non-profit groups and providing training at local government social services agencies. Prior to private practice, Ms. Bourne served in leadership roles at a local bar association, legal non-profit agency, and senior citizens law center. In her early career, she worked as an assistant county attorney and clerked for a tax court judge, temporarily assigned family law matters. Her favorite pastime is teaching, and she has served as an instructor at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) Workforce Development and George Mason University OSHER Life - Long Learning Institute. Ms. Bourne is admitted to the state bars of Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey; and earned her B.S. degree from Rutgers University and her J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law.
