TREVOR M. CUTAIAR is an attorney and member of Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett LLC. He focuses on admiralty and maritime litigation, and insurance defense. Mr. Cutaiar's practice also includes premises liability cases, contractual disputes, and municipal liability. He has represented a wide range of clients, including municipalities, local boat companies, and national and international corporations. Mr. Cutaiar is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Maritime Law Association of the United States. He received his B.A. degree from Saint Bonaventure University. Mr. Cutaiar continued schooling at the University of Vienna Law School, Vienna, Austria, Summer Legal Studies; and earned his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law with a certificate in international legal studies.
