BENJAMIN O. BENGTSON is the owner of The Law Firm of Benjamin O. Bengtson, where he focuses his practice in personal injury and workers' compensation. Mr. Bengston earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Augusta State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law.
DANIEL E. DeWOSKIN is the founding attorney of DeWoskin Law Firm, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. He received a B.A. degree and the prestigious Artium Baccalaureatus Degree from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, where he graduated with honors. He received his J.D. degree from the Georgia State University College of Law. While attending law school, Mr. DeWoskin trained and was certified by the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) as a law enforcement officer, and maintains this certification today. After graduating from law school, he began his own firm immediately upon admission to the Georgia bar. Early on, his practice focused on criminal defense cases, which he had a passion for and which provided extensive experience in trial work and critical case preparation. Mr. DeWoskin continues to take on certain criminal defense cases as well as representing those persons who are seriously injured or killed due to the wrongful actions of others. He also takes a special interest in defending consumers in debt collection lawsuits in magistrate, state and superior court throughout Georgia. Mr. DeWoskin represents consumers who have experienced harassment or abusive treatment by debt collectors in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Mr. DeWoskin is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the DeKalb Bar Association (president), Lawyers Club of Atlanta, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, and the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA).
