ALAN P. BAYHAM JR. is a partner in the law firm of Bayham Jerman, PLC, where he has practiced in the area of personal injury litigation for over 20 years. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Arizona State University. Mr. Bayham was the President of the State Bar of Arizona in 2010 and 2011, and prior to that for 10 years was on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Arizona. He has taught seminars on court and litigation management, as well as at national seminars on case management of personal injury and civil cases. Mr. Bayham was an instructor in law at Gateway Community College (1991-1992). He has lectured on legal ethics and served as Probable Cause Panelist for the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Bayham also is a past Committee Member of the Attorney Regulation Committee for the Supreme Court of Arizona (2011-2015). He has served as a lecturer on the following topics: Damages in Personal Injury; Advanced Uninsured and Underinsured Claims; Pain and Suffering in Personal Injury; The Affordable Care Act and Personal Injury Claim Litigation.
BRETT T. DONALDSON is a senior member of The Cavanagh Law Firm, P.A. Mr. Donaldson's civil practice is primarily focused in the areas of claims and defenses involving motor vehicle collisions, insurance defense/special investigation/fraud, and also in areas of contracted agreements. He has extensive trial experience and has tried more than 60 jury trials to date with excellent results for his clients, who are both individual and corporate clients. In addition to his civil practice, Mr. Donaldson practices in the area of criminal defense. Before becoming a prosecutor, he served as a sworn police officer in southern California and graduated number one in his police academy. Mr. Donaldson is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley.
GLYNN W. GILCREASE JR. is a sole practitioner with the Law Offices of Glynn W. Gilcrease Jr., P.C., in Tempe, where he practices in the areas of personal injury law, wrongful death law, products liability law, medical malpractice, and insurance bad faith law. Mr. Gilcrease is a certified specialist in injury and wrongful death litigation by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. He is also certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Gilcrease earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Baylor University. He is a member of the AAJ (American Association of Justice, formerly American Trial Lawyers Association), and is a member of the Arizona Association for Justice. Mr. Gilcrease also conducts focus groups for other attorneys engaging in litigation.
CHRISTINA W. KELLY is of counsel at the Phoenix law firm Squire Patton Boggs, with a diverse background devoted largely to litigating a variety of commercial, product liability, premises liability, and personal injury matters. She also has extensive experience counseling and advising clients regarding insurance coverage strategies, advising on policy implications resulting from lawsuits, and breach of contract and bad faith litigation. She also manages the national litigation programs for a large transportation company and a national retailer, managing all aspects of the companies' general liability, product liability, auto and infectious disease claims. Ms. Kelly is also one of the leading lawyers in Arizona in the area of medical lien consultation. In addition to presenting seminars on medical lien issues, both on a national and local level, she advises and develop protocols for clients to deal with the implications of the rapidly developing and changing Medicare reporting requirements and Medicare's right of reimbursement. Ms. Kelly is the author of the "Health Care Lien" chapter of the Arizona Tort Law Handbook. In addition to her law practice, she has been honored for her pro bono work. Ms. Kelly is an active member of the Volunteer Lawyers program and recipient of the organization's 2011 Children's Law Center Attorney of the Year Award. In addition, she was recognized as one of the top 50 pro bono attorneys in Arizona by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services. Ms. Kelly earned her B.S. degree from Arizona State University and her J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law, where she was awarded the Order of the Barristers.
MICK LEVIN is a sole proprietor and attended both undergrad and law school at Arizona State University. His practice has been dedicated to the representation of personal injury victims. Mr. Levin has represented hundreds of claimants in uninsured (UM) and underinsured (UIM) claims against insurance companies and UM/UIM-related professional negligence claims against insurance agents. One such case went all the way to the Arizona Supreme Court - Wilks v. Manobianco. Mr. Levin is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the National Crime Victims Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona, the Arizona Association for Justice, and the Maricopa County Bar Association. Mr. Levin is a member of the Arizona Association for Justice’s CLE Board and presents an annual UM/UIM seminar for that organization.
