LISA S. BROOK is an attorney with MichieHamlett Attorneys at Law. Over the course of a 20 year career in civil litigation, Ms. Brook has helped clients in a wide variety of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, wrongful death, permanent disability, and slip and fall. She has been an active member of the Virginia State Bar since 1993, and is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia. Ms. Brook earned her B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and her J.D. degree from William & Mary Law School.

HENRY D. FINCHER is a certified civil trial specialist, a certified family law specialist, and a certified elder law attorney, recognized by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the National Elder Law Foundation. A former judge, former state representative, and graduate of Harvard Law School, he has helped people with their legal problems for more than 20 years. Mr. Fincher is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates. His practice focuses primarily on contested estates, serious personal injury cases, family law, wills and trusts, and other complex legal matters. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. Mr. Fincher received his B.A. degree, with highest honors, from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.

GARY GOLDBERG is an attorney with the Portland law firm of Terry Garmey & Associates. He represents plaintiffs in personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability litigation. Mr. Goldberg received his B.A. degree from Hofstra New College and his J.D. degree from Columbia Law School, where he was on the Law Review and was a Kent Scholar and a Stone Scholar. Mr. Goldberg previously chaired the CLE program of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association and has been a guest mentor at Harvard Law School's Mock Trial Program. He conducts CLE seminars for firms and solo practitioners, focusing on trial skills.

BARRY M. SNYDER is the owner of The Law Office of Barry M. Snyder, P.A. He has more than 40 years of litigation experience focusing in the fields of personal injury, wrongful death, and criminal defense. Mr. Snyder is a board certified civil trial lawyer, mediator and qualified arbitrator. He is admitted to practice in Florida as well as Federal Court - Southern, Middle and Northern districts. Mr. Snyder is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Justice Association; committee member of the Miami-Dade Branch of Professionalism for Attorneys; past guest speaker at University of Miami Law School, St. Thomas Law School, and Miami-Dade College; and is a trial consultant with Trial Consultants Inc. He is also a former past president of the North Dade Bar Association. Mr. Snyder earned his B.A. degree from the University of Miami and his J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire Law School (Franklin Pierce Law Center).
