Over the course of a 20 year career in civil litigation, Ms. Brook has helped clients in a wide variety of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, wrongful death, permanent disability, and slip and fall. She has been an active member of the Virginia State Bar since 1993, and is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia. Ms. Brook earned her B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and her J.D. degree from William & Mary Law School.
HENRY D. FINCHER is a certified civil trial specialist, a certified family law specialist, and a certified elder law attorney, recognized by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the National Elder Law Foundation. A former judge, former state representative, and graduate of Harvard Law School, he has helped people with their legal problems for more than 20 years. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. GARY GOLDBERG is an attorney with the Portland law firm of Terry Garmey & Associates. He represents plaintiffs in personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability litigation. Mr. Goldberg received his B.A. degree from Hofstra New College and his J.D. degree from Columbia Law School, where he was on the Law Review and was a Kent Scholar and a Stone Scholar. Mr. Goldberg previously chaired the CLE program of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association and has been a guest mentor at Harvard Law School's Mock Trial Program.
