HENRY D. FINCHER is a certified civil trial specialist, a certified family law specialist and a certified elder law attorney recognized by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the National Elder Law Foundation. A former judge, former state representative and graduate of Harvard Law School, he has helped people with their legal problems for more than 20 years. Mr. Fincher has been selected as one of the Best Attorneys in America by Rue Ratings, is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation (reserved for 1% of U.S. attorneys), and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates, a select group of lawyers who have obtained judgments of $1,000,000 or more for their clients. His practice focuses primarily on contested estates, serious personal injury cases, family law, wills and trusts, and other complex legal matters.
P. TIMOTHY GRANDCHAMP is an attorney and special counsel with Quist, Fitzpatrick & Jarrard, PLLC, where he concentrates his practice in civil litigation, handling a wide variety of matters, including personal injury actions, construction litigation and mechanics liens, collection actions, landlord-tenant actions and evictions, contract drafting and review, probate matters and drafting of wills, residential real estate transactions, and small claims actions. Mr. Grandchamp received his B.S. degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and his J.D. degree from the John Marshall Law School. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Illinois and has successfully tried jury, non-jury trials and arbitrations in Illinois state and federal courts.
RYAN E. JARRARD is the managing member of the Knoxville law firm of Quist, Fitzpatrick & Jarrard, PLLC. He has considerable litigation experience and has successfully tried jury and non-jury trials in Tennessee state federal courts. In addition, he serves as counsel for State Farm Insurance Company, Auto-Owners Insurance Company, and represents several business and individual clients in litigation and non-litigation matters in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. Mr. Jarrard is admitted to practice in Tennessee, the United States District Court, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
