CHRISTINE DOUGLAS is the founding member of Keating Douglas, LLP. She practices solely in the area of family law and is a certified family law specialist, as certified by the Family Law Certification Board. Her practice includes adoptions, custody disputes, domestic partnership agreements, divorces, grandparent visitation, guardianships, parenting time enforcement, paternity cases, and premarital agreements. She has extensive mediation and trial experience and completed the American Bar Association's Family Law Trial Advocacy program. Ms. Douglas has been practicing for more than 20 years managing complex family law matters. Additionally, she is a trained collaborative law attorney, parenting coordinator, and guardian ad litem and prefers seeking holistic resolutions in family law matters. She received her B.A. degree from Purdue University and earned her J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.
JILLIAN C. KEATING is a founding partner at Keating Douglas, LLP, in Carmel, Indiana. Ms. Keating concentrates her practice in the areas of criminal defense and family law. Her experience in her family law practice includes divorce, custody disputes, child support, paternity, and post-dissolution matters, including establishing post-secondary education orders or modification of child support. Her criminal defense practice includes, but is not limited to, defending OWI or DUI charges, drug possession and dealing, battery, minor consumption/illegal possession of alcohol, violations of probation and community corrections programs, expungements through Indiana's second chance law, and helping to assist people across Indiana in obtaining driving privileges through the specialized driving privilege statutes. Ms. Keating is a courtroom litigator and has argued before the Indiana Supreme Court. She is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Ms. Keating earned her B.A. degree from Valparaiso University and her J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.
JESSICA YOUNG is an attorney with Dummit Fradin, Attorneys at Law in the firm's Winston-Salem office. Ms. Young practices in the areas of family, law, divorce and separation, child custody, child support, alimony and spousal support, and equitable distribution. She earned her B.S. degree from James Madison University and her J.D. degree from Elon University School of Law.
