DAVID M. BUDDINGH is an attorney with The Buddingh Law Offices in Chicago, Illinois, and president of Encrypted Information Exchange, LLC. Mr. Buddingh has spent over a decade in the legal profession where his work is always guided by a genuine commitment to his clients. Prior to Encrypted Information Exchange, LLC, Mr. Buddingh was a practicing litigation attorney at an AM Law 100 firm and in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company. He is a member of the American Bar Association and Cook County Bar Association. Mr. Buddingh is a graduate of the DePaul University College of Law and the University of Iowa.
STEVEN B. VINICK is of counsel with the law firm of Stein Sperling Bennett De Jong Driscoll, P.C., and practices in the areas of personal injury law, criminal defense, and general civil litigation. Mr. Vinick has spoken for the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers on "The Nuts & Bolts of Personal Injury Law." He is a member of the Montgomery County, Prince George's County, and Maryland State bar associations; as well as the District of Columbia Bar, the Maryland Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Vinick earned his B.A. degree, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
M. SCOTT YEAGER is a sole practitioner with The Yeager Law Firm, P.C., where he focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, construction litigation, business formation, business litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, municipal law, estate planning and probate. Mr. Yeager has more than eight years with in-house legal departments of large publicly traded corporations, with more than six years of government contracting experience with a major defense contractor. He also has experience negotiating contracts, including license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, professional service agreements and master agreements. Mr. Yeager earned his B.S. degree from the University of Alabama, his Associate of Science degree in paralegal studies from Samford University, and his J.D. degree from the Birmingham School of Law. During law school, he worked with large law firms in Birmingham, Alabama as a paralegal, where he was involved in corporate, estate and trust, probate, bankruptcy and insurance defense litigation.
