NOAH D. FIEDLER is a partner with Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP's lawyers for the profession practice group, and the partner-in-charge of Hinshaw‘s Milwaukee office. Mr. Fiedler counsels lawyers and law firms on risk management, claims repair, liability and other issues related to the law governing lawyers. He defends lawyers and law firms in legal malpractice and disciplinary proceedings. Mr. Fiedler has extensive experience as an appointed and elected official in the state of Wisconsin. He earned his B.S. degree from the Ambassador University and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
ALYSSA A. JOHNSON is an attorney with Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP, in the Milwaukee office. She focuses her practice in professional liability defense litigation. Ms. Johnson defends lawyers and law firms in legal malpractice matters, including those arising from their underlying casework, as well as claims alleging Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) violations. She also represents lawyers and financial advisors in disciplinary proceedings. Ms. Johnson earned her B.A. degree in political science from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.
