This course or a portion thereof has been approved by the Louisiana Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Louisiana State Bar Association. David A Lowe is a partner with the law firm of Keegan, Juban, Lowe & Robichaux, LLC; where he focuses his practice in civil litigation, corporate matters, employment law, personal injury, and successions. Mr. Lowe is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Louisiana and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice before multiple federal courts in other jurisdictions. He has argued multiple cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Court. He is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State, Federal and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University.
Donald A Mau is an associate with Miguel Elias, A Professional Law Corporation, where he practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and also civil trial. Mr. Mau received his B.A. degree from Loyola University of New Orleans and he received his J.D. and G.D.C.L. degrees from Louisiana State University. During his time at LSU, he was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Mineral Rights, served as a research assistant for Professors Jasmine McNealy and Patrick Martin, and was a judicial extern for Louisiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Bernette J. Johnson. Since being admitted to practice law in Louisiana, he has worked in the New Orleans area and been involved in the ABA's Admiralty and Maritime Law Committee, co-authoring the committee's "Recent Developments in Admiralty and Maritime Law."
