Andrew L. Crabtree
is the principal of the Law Offices of Andrew L. Crabtree, P.C., where his firm focuses on transactional and litigated real estate, landlord-tenant, construction and general commercial business matters. He has a broad background in residential condominium development and sales in commercial leasing; and represents commercial owners, developers, purchasers and tenants, including a national franchise chain, in commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters. Mr. Crabtree represents businesses and individuals in federal and state trial courts, as well as in arbitrations and before administrative tribunals involving commercial disputes, constitutional claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, business torts, unfair competition, employment claims, trade secrets and intellectual property cases. He also represents contractors, owners, developers, design professionals, municipalities and state agencies relating to public and private construction and development projects, mechanics' liens, commercial lease disputes and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Crabtree is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Fordham University Law School.

Christopher J. Bonner
is special counsel with Barclay Damon, LLP, where he practices in the areas of corporate law, corporate and municipal securities, and banking regulation. His clients include large and small businesses, banks, startup enterprises, buyers and sellers of businesses, and securities investors. Mr. Bonner organizes corporations, LLCs and other alternative entities, and represents them on a continuing basis with various kinds of business contracts. He represents buyers and sellers of businesses, from the initial planning stage through to the final closing. Mr. Bonner is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Business Law and Tax Law sections) and American Bar Association (Business Law and Taxation sections). He earned his B.A. degree from Williams College, his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School and his LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University.

Richard Bier
is an attorney with The Law Offices of Richard Bier Esq. He concentrates his practice on corporate transactions, commercial and residential real estate, real estate acquisition and development, commercial leasing (office and industrial properties), real estate financing and tax, business, and estate planning. Mr. Bier handles commercial leasing for office and industrial properties. He is a specialist in the area of family business law and planning, and provides the family-held business with a full range of legal services and business, tax and planning services. Mr. Bier has represented sponsors and building owners in connection with all phases of the process of converting residential and commercial properties to condominium status, including property acquisition, tax, financing, and regulatory compliance. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association (member, Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section) and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Bier earned his B.A. degree from Tufts University and his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law.

Paul A. Lanni
is a general practice attorney and senior associate with the law firm of Blodnick Fazio & Clark. His practice areas include commercial litigation, general litigation, real estate and complex real estate workouts, mortgage modifications, landlord/tenant law, foreclosures, estate planning and litigation, matrimonial and family law, corporate law and business planning, personal injury, bankruptcy, and vehicle and traffic law. Mr. Lanni has been a CLE lecturer for the National Business Institute for various programs concerning issues on landlord/tenant, foreclosure, real estate purchase agreements and title issues, and civil litigation. He was admitted to the bar of the State of New York in 1997. Mr. Lanni has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern districts of New York, as well as before the U.S. Federal Court of Claims. He earned his B.A. degree from SUNY at Stony Brook, his paralegal certificate from Adelphi University and his J.D. degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchberg Law Center.
