MICHAEL S. HORN is an attorney with Archer & Greiner, P.C., where he practices in the area of general litigation, with an emphasis on commercial litigation, UCC claims, contractual disputes, real estate litigation, products liability litigation, complex litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and environmental litigation. He is a former member of the Bergen County Committee. Mr. Horn is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey; and before the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; Northern, Western, Eastern and Southern districts of New York; the 2nd Circuit Federal Court of Appeals; the 3rd Circuit Federal Court of Appeals; and the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Tulane University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Syracuse College of Law.
DAVID A. RAPUANO is a partner with Archer & Greiner P.C., where he concentrates his practice in representing management in all areas of labor and employment law. Mr. Rapuano's practice involves client counseling to ensure compliance with all aspects of labor and employment law. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rapuano is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Brown University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
MICHAEL J. WIETRZYCHOWSKI is a partner with Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP. He serves as vice chair of the firm’s labor and employment law practices group, and has extensive national experience with all types of labor and employment matters. Mr. Wietrzychowski provides employment counseling on labor law and employment law litigation. He is a member of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Wietrzychowski is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Supreme Court of New Jersey, Burlington County Bar Association, and Burlington County Chamber of Commerce. He earned his B.S degree from Hartwick College, his J.D degree from The James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple University, and his M.S. degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
