KATIE BINDRUP is an attorney with the David Bindrup Law Firm PLLC, whose practice is focused in the areas of probate, trust administration, and guardianship. She has worked for a wide variety of legal practices, ranging from multi-billion dollar companies to law firms, including Sedgwick LLP, and Snell & Wilmer. What makes Ms. Bindrup unique from most estate planning and probate attorneys is her background in litigation and negotiation, which is invaluable when dealing with Nevada probates, trust administration, and trust litigation. She earned her B.A. degree from Brigham Young University; her paralegal certificate from Utah Valley University, where she graduated with honors; and her J.D. degree from Cooley Law School, where she was the class valedictory speaker.
THOMAS R. GROVER is an attorney with BlackRock Legal where he aggressively litigates trust, probate and other civil disputes. Mr. Grover is one of the most frequent litigators to appear each Friday in Clark County Probate Court. He also advises families through non-litigated probate administration. Mr. Grover is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the Nevada Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada. Mr. Grover earned his B.S. degree from Utah State University and J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
ALICIA JOHNSON is an attorney with Johnson Law Practice where she provides accessible legal services to small businesses and families. She focuses her practice in the areas of business, real estate, family law, wills, trusts, probate and litigation. Ms. Johnson earned her B.A. degree from Gonzaga University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law.
TIMOTHY RILEY is an attorney and founding shareholder of Aguirre Riley, P.C., a boutique estate planning firm. He focuses his practice mainly in estate and family business planning, tax-exempt entities and probate, as well as the areas of trust administration and corporate law. Mr. Riley has over a decade of experiences helping families with their unique planning circumstances and navigating the probate and trust administration process. Mr. Riley is a past chair of the Nevada State Bar Probate and Trust Section and past chair of the Northern Nevada Estate Planning Council. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of San Diego and his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Denver. Mr. Riley is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Colorado. He is a member of the Washoe County, Nevada and Colorado bar associations, as well as the American Bar Association.
