Ms. Colon is board certified in construction law by The Florida Bar. She is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a circuit mediator and is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. Ms. Colon is general counsel of the National Association of Minority Contractors and sits on the Executive Committee.
