Deborah Robinson-Stewart is with GENEX Services, LLC, and the ntional manager of Medicare services. Ms. Robinson-Stewart is responsible for the daily operations and oversight of the department. She is experienced in handling Medicare secondary payer compliance matters and stays on top of legal and regulatory developments and emerging policy changes that impact the workers' compensation, managed care, and Medicare fields. Ms. Robinson-Stewart routinely consults with clients on medically and legally challenging cases and provides guidance on compliance issues stemming from settlement of workers’ compensation and liability claims. Her prior experience includes working as a CMS contractor adjudicating healthcare disputes involving Medicare services and Medicare secondary payer matters. She was also engaged in the practice of law representing clients in personal injury, medical negligence, workers’ compensation, insurance coverage, and estate matters. Ms. Robinson-Stewart has a J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law and her B.A. degree from the University of Virginia. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a volunteer with Neighborhood Meals on Wheels, and a member of the Board of the Neighborhood Bike Works.
