Get Your Clients the Compensation They Deserve (Without Breaking the Bank)
Minor impact, soft tissue (MIST) injury cases are an uphill battle for plaintiff's attorneys. It is all too easy for insurance adjusters and defense counsel to claim that serious injuries cannot result from an accident causing such minimal property damage. Yet a plaintiff's injuries are not commensurate to those of the vehicle, and debilitating soft tissue injuries should not bar clients from recovery simply because they're "invisible". This program will show you how to overcome insurance company and juror skepticism to prove your client's claim. Learn practical strategies for effectively negotiating and litigating MIST cases - register today!
