Mark Graziani
is an attorney and owner of Graziani Law, LLC, located in Barberton, Ohio. He practices throughout Ohio from his office in Barberton. Mr. Graziani has been a student of firearms for nearly 40 years. He spent four years in the United States Marine Corp shooting howitzers and numerous small arms. Mr. Graziani has studied, built, repaired and shot firearms throughout his life. He holds a federal firearms license and is currently an NRA instructor in basic pistol (i.e. the CCW class), personal protection in the home, and home firearms safety. Mr. Graziani earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Ohio State University in astronomy; his Master's degree in business administration, with honors, from the University of Akron; and his J.D. degree from the University of Akron School of Law.

Gregory H. Taggart
is the owner of Taggart Law, LLC, where he practices estate planning, business planning, and firearms law. He is a member of WealthCounsel. Mr. Taggart works in Utah and Wyoming, and is a member of the Utah State Bar (Business Law and Estate Planning Law sections), Wyoming State Bar (Business Law and Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law sections), and American Bar Association (Business Law and Real Property, Trust and Estate Law sections). He attended the University of Wyoming College of Law for two years and received his J.D. degree from Thomas Cooley Law School. Mr. Taggart has been an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University since 1998. He has written for various Bloomberg magazines, Wealthmanagement.com, and Institutional Investor, among others.

Todd F. La Neve
of La Neve Law Offices has been in private practice for 30 years, with a focus on criminal defense matters, self-defense law, and Second Amendment related issues. His practice based in Clarkburg is statewide. Mr. La Neve has represented several thousand clients in matters arising from every county of the state. He earned his B.S. degree (1989) and his J.D. degree (1992) from West Virginia University. An avid firearms enthusiast, Mr. La Neve routinely attends training courses and speaks to groups about West Virginia's self-defense and firearms laws. He is the author of West Virginia Gun Law: Armed and Educated, a 2022 release written in conjunction with his legal work with U.S. LawShield.

John W. Chapman
has practiced law in Maine for over 40 years. He represents PORAC (US Border Patrol), the Fraternal Order of Police, the Androscoggin County Employee Association, Professional Fire Fighters of Maine and National Correctional Employees Union. He has co-authored legislation in the area of mental health and firearms with the Governor’s Office and the Sportsman’s Alliance of Maine. He teaches use of deadly and nondeadly force at the Maine Criminal Justice Academy to cadets, law enforcement firearms instructors and judicial marshals. He developed and periodically updates the protocol for representation of law enforcement officers involved in critical incidents. He is the “Counselor at Arms” for the Gun Owners of Maine, and is an avid shooter, archer and reloader. He is admitted to practice in the Maine Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Maine, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

Cynthia E. Everson
is an attorney at Everson Law Firm PLLC, where she provides private representation for federal and state criminal and civil matters, with an emphasis on indigent representation. Ms. Everson has defended people accused of gun crimes in both state and federal court, and has litigated issues related to the right to possess and carry firearms, as well as property issues related to retrieving firearms that were seized by law enforcement. She is an adjunct writing instructor at Rowan Cabarrus Community College in Concord, North Carolina, and has been teaching there for two years. Ms. Everson earned her B.A. degree from Gardner Webb University, her M.A. degree from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the Charlotte School of Law.
