NATALIE HURLEY HARDEN SCHMIDT is the founder of Schmidt Law where she practices in the areas of business entities, business transactions, estates, wills, trusts, tax matters and family/divorce law. She is licensed to practice law in both Mississippi and Tennessee, and is a listed Rule 31 mediator with family law special designation. Ms. Hurley Harden Schmidt earned her B.B.A. in accounting, magna cum laude, from Memphis State University and her J.D. degree from The University of Memphis-Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
J. WALKER SIMS is an attorney with Sims Law Firm. Mr. Sims handles general civil litigation in state and federal court. He also practices in the areas of elder law, wills, and estates. He is admitted to practice in Mississippi and before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Mississippi; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit. Mr. Sims is also admitted to practice in Tennessee and before the U.S. District Court Western District of Tennessee. He earned his A.B. degree from Princeton University and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
