BRANDON A. BORGMANN is an attorney in the Columbus law firm of Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP, where he focuses his practice on estate administration, estate planning, business succession planning, tax exempt entities, and elder law. He is an adjunct professor and corporate moot court team coach at Capital University Law School. Mr. Borgmann is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, former chair of the Columbus Bar Association Probate Court Committee, and current vice chair of the Ohio State Bar Association Elder Law and Special Needs Committee. He earned his B.S. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School.
ROBERT CHALOUPKA is the sole practitioner with Chaloupka Legal Services in Seven Hills, Ohio. He practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, tax, wills and trusts, estate administration, LLCs, and partnerships.
