RALPH J. CONRAD is the principal of The Conrad Law Firm, where he assists clients with estate planning, trust, probate and Medicaid planning issues. He is certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by The Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Conrad has previously lectured for National Business Institute and various financial institutions and business groups on estate planning, Medicaid planning and ethics. He is a member of the Cincinnati, American, Butler County and Ohio State bar associations. Mr. Conrad earned his B.S.B.A. degree, with distinction, from Ohio Northern University, and his M.A. degree and J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Akron.
GREGORY S. FRENCH is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) and the National Elder Law Foundation. He also is accredited by the VA to handle veterans' claims. Mr. French has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and selected as a Best Lawyer in Elder Law. He is a fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and a member of NAELA's Council of Advanced Practitioners. Mr. French is a past president of NAELA and chaired NAELA's Professionalism and Ethics Committee for twelve years when it developed the first and second editions of the Aspirational Standards for the Practice of Elder Law and Special Needs Law with Commentaries. He helped found and chaired OSBA's Elder Law Committee and is a member of its Council of Delegates. Mr. French founded the Cincinnati Bar Association's Elder Law Committee and served as its chair for four years. He also has coauthored Anderson's Ohio Elder Law Practice Manual and served as general editor of Lawyers Cooperative Publishing's Counseling the Older Client.
R. JASON HOWARD is a sole practitioner in Dayton, Ohio. Mr. Howard maintains a general practice that includes litigation and estate planning work. He has previously lectured for National Business Institute on estate planning documents. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Mr. Howard earned his B.S. degree from Wright State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
