TROY N. BELL is an attorney with Courington, Kiefer, Sommers, Marullo & Matherne, L.L.C., where he practices in the areas of toxic tort litigation, environmental litigation class actions, personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage, energy transportation, and admiralty and maritime. Mr. Bell is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Louisiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He has served as an administrative law judge for the city of New Orleans, and has served on National and Regional Trial teams for national clients. Mr. Bell has tried numerous cases throughout Louisiana and Mississippi, and he has managed thousands of complex mass tort claims. He has been appointed co-chair of the Louisiana State Bar Association's Diversity Committee. Mr. Bell earned his B.A. degree from Loyola University and his J.D. degree from the Southern University Law Center.
ASHLEY M. DeMOUY is an attorney with Courington, Kiefer, Sommers, Marullo & Matherne, L.L.C. She has practiced both plaintiff and defense work in labor and employment, criminal defense, juvenile defense, child in need of care, adoptions, family law, personal Injury, and insurance defense. Ms. DeMouy received her B.S. degree from Xavier University of Louisiana; her M.Ed. degree from the University of New Orleans; and her J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Additionally, she is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College. Ms. DeMouy is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Louis A. Martinet Legal Society, and the Association for Women Attorneys.
