BENJAMIN L. BUNKER is the owner and founder of The Bunker Law Group, PLLC, in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he has been a lawyer for Nevada clients in a variety of civil litigation and transactional areas, including personal injury, premises liability, products liability, construction defect, business litigation, intellectual property, business formation, surety defense and professional liability. JEFFREY GARD is a Colorado attorney with Gard Law Firm, LLC, specializing in marijuana law. He represents numerous patients, doctors and marijuana businesses throughout the state of Colorado, and has advised people from all over the country. Mr. Gard advises both state and local governments in their development of medical marijuana business regulations. He is widely considered one of Colorado's leading marijuana attorneys. Since the passage of Amendment 64, which legalized adult possession and cultivation of marijuana in Colorado, Mr. Gard has been working with state and local officials in developing regulations for the retail marijuana industry, and was appointed by the state to participate in the rule-making progress. Over the last year, he has been working with the U.S. Congress to assist with an analysis of the Federal Code to determine the various areas which are impacted by the state marijuana laws in hopes of reconciling state and federal law in the near future. Mr. Gard now shares his knowledge and experience with other attorneys and has given several CLE lectures on various aspects of marijuana law. GARY K. LULOFF is a partner with Chestnut Cambronne PA, and specializes in the areas of civil litigation, class action litigation, and government representation. Mr. Luloff has represented clients in criminal and civil courts around the state, before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and, through amicus curiae briefs, before the Minnesota Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Mr. Luloff also served for six years as an investigator on the Second District Ethics Committee, and has been named a Rising Star each year since 2013. He received a B.A. degree from Carleton College and a J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

He has significant experience working with craft breweries, distilleries, and wineries on an array of issues, including entity formation, financing, real estate matters, intellectual property protection, operational issues, and distribution contracts. Mr. O'Brien's clients also include real estate agents, developers and investors, community banks, title companies, restaurant operators, manufacturing companies, franchised businesses, retired professional athletes, financial advisors, insurance agents, and consulting businesses. He is certified as a real property law specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.
