JEANINE D. CLARK is a partner with Margolis Edelstein, where she focuses her practice in complex litigation. MICHAEL J. NEEDLEMAN is a partner in the Philadelphia law firm of Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP where he focuses on and handles insurance defense, insurance coverage, and employment litigation matters.
