Christopher M Galusha is a vice president, senior counsel for Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. In that role, Mr. Galusha advises as to various labor & employment issues that impact the company globally. Prior to his corporate position at Broadridge, he was a partner with a large national law firm where was a member of the labor and employment group. Mr. Galusha has extensive experience in employment related disputes at the administrative, federal, and state court levels. He has also practiced before arbitral forums across the country, including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the American Arbitration Association, and JAMS. Mr. Galusha has represented companies of various sizes across many industries in wrongful discharge, discrimination, sexual harassment, and hostile work environment matters. He also has experience drafting employment policies and procedures, negotiating and drafting employment contracts, and conducting internal investigations involving employee misconduct. Mr. Galusha received his B.S. degree from the University of Buffalo, his M.B.A. degree from Niagara University, and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar Association, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Galusha is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, Sidney Reitman American Inn of Court, The Sports Lawyers Association, Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court Historical Society.
Michael S Horn is an attorney with Archer & Greiner, P.C., where he practices in the area of general litigation, with an emphasis on commercial litigation, UCC claims, contractual disputes, real estate litigation, products liability litigation, complex litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and environmental litigation. He is a former member of the Bergen County Committee. Ralph R Smith III is a shareholder and co-chair of the labor & employment group of Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. Mr. Smith focuses his practice in employment litigation and preventative employment practices, including counseling employers on the creation of employment policies, non-compete and trade secret agreements, and training employers to avoid employment-related litigation. He represents both companies and individuals in related complex commercial litigation before federal states courts and administrative agencies in labor and employment cases, including race, gender, age, national origin, disability, workplace harassment and discrimination matters, wage-and-hour disputes, restrictive covenants, grievances, arbitrations, drug testing, and employment-related contract issues.
