ELINA B. GILBERT is a shareholder with Altitude Community Law P.C., in Lakewood, Colorado. Ms. Gilbert has practiced community association law for 19 years and is a shareholder with the largest HOA firm in Colorado. Ms. Gilbert oversees and directs her firm’s education department, which involves preparation and presentation of at least 12 manager classes and 11 webinars annually, as well as monthly full-day classes for managers. She was inducted into the College of Community Association Lawyers in 2010, which represents an elite group of attorneys determined to be the most qualified experts in the HOA industry. Only 150 attorneys, nationally, are currently members of the college. Ms. Gilbert received her B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
KELLY SHERIDAN is a partner with Corr Cronin LLP, in Seattle. Mr. Sheridan’s practice focuses on product liability cases, catastrophic personal injury defense, and high-stakes commercial litigation. He has developed expertise in insurance coverage and indemnity disputes, and represents both policyholders and insurance carriers in resolving high-value disputed claims. Mr. Sheridan has significant civil trial experience and regularly appears in Washington’s state and federal courts on behalf of his clients. Washington Super Lawyers Magazine has named him a Rising Star every year since 2016. In 2018, he was selected as an associate fellow by the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society devoted to promoting superior advocacy and ethical standards in the practice of law. Mr. Sheridan is a member of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers and Washington State Bar Association. He received his B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and earned his J.D. degree, high honors, from University Washington School of Law.
