BRIANE M. HOUSE is an attorney at Pritzke & Davis. His practice areas include civil litigation with a concentration in the defense of legal malpractice claims, mediation/arbitration, business/corporate counseling, commercial litigation, and appellate practice. Mr. House currently serves as the vice chair of the Board of Directors of Quality Connection, a labor management partnership representing more than 100 union NECA electrical contractors and 2500 IBEW members. He is the former board chair of the Indianapolis Local Public Improvement Bond Bank. Mr. House earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Wabash College, and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law.
KARL L. MULVANEY is a partner with the Indianapolis, Indiana law firm of Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP, where he practices in the areas of appellate, litigation and disciplinary law. He is a member of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers; and the American, Indiana State, Indianapolis and the Seventh Circuit bar associations. Mr. Mulvaney's professional leadership consist of Advisory Committee to Indiana Supreme Court on Rules of Practice and Procedure, 1991-2003; chair, 1995-2003; officer, Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, 1987-2003; 44th international president, 1993-1995; Indiana Judicial Nominating and Qualifications Commission, 1999-2001; and Indianapolis Bar Foundation, Executive Committee, 2003-2008. He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
