NOAH D. FIEDLER is a partner with Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP's Lawyers for the Profession practice group, and the partner-in-charge of Hinshaw's Milwaukee office. Mr. Fiedler counsels lawyers and law firms on risk management, claims repair, liability and other issues related to the law governing lawyers. He defends lawyers and law firms in legal malpractice and disciplinary proceedings. He has extensive experience as an appointed and elected official in the State of Wisconsin. Mr. Fiedler earned his B.S. degree from the Ambassador University and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
ALYSSA A. JOHNSON is an associate at Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP, in the Milwaukee office. Ms. Johnson focuses her practice in professional liability defense litigation. She also has substantial experience with litigation involving the real estate, property, workers' compensation, health and disability insurance and ERISA subrogation claims, as well as the defense of consumer financial issues. Ms. Johnson has successfully handled trials and appeals on behalf of clients. She earned her B.A. degree in political science from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.
