JACK J. HETHERINGTON is of counsel with Montco Elder Law, LLP. His main area of practice is in elder law. Mr. Hetherington has been certified in elder law by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is also a certified mediator in Orphan's Court disputes. Mr. Hetherington is an adjunct professor at the Bucks County Community College teaching elder law in the paralegal program. He has written on elder law and has both planned and presented continuing legal education programs for numerous professional organizations. Mr. Hetherington holds memberships with the Pennsylvania and Bucks County bar associations, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives, and the American Association for Justice. He is admitted to the courts of Pennsylvania and the federal courts. Mr. Hetherington earned his B.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law.
MARY E. SHERLOCK is the managing partner of the Dover law firm of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP. She focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, first party and third party claims and subrogation matters. Ms. Sherlock has been a practicing trial lawyer for more than 35 years and has litigated in all of the Delaware courts. She is a member of the Delaware Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, former president and past member of the Delaware State Bar Association Executive Committee, past board member of the Delaware Bar Foundation, and past president of the Kent County Bar Association. Ms. Sherlock is a member of the Delaware Bar Judiciary Committee, Terry-Carey American Inn of Court and the Elizabeth W. Murphy School Board of Directors. She also served as an attorney for the Delaware House of Representatives for four years. Ms. Sherlock earned her B.A. degree from LeMoyne College and her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law.
