Presenter: Lon T. McClintock
LON T. McCLINTOCK is a sole practitioner in Bennington, Vermont, where his primary areas of practice include Social Security disability benefits; real estate; small businesses; general civil litigation; school law; and wills, estates and probate. Mr. McClintock served on the Selectboard for the town of Shaftsbury for over five years, and as chair for over four years. He is admitted to practice law in Vermont and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont. Mr. McClintock earned his B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and his J.D. degree from Vermont Law School. He formerly served on a Hearing Panel of the Vermont Professional Responsibility Program and thereafter served as counsel to the Hearing Panels. Mr. McClintock formerly served one term on the Board of the Vermont Bar Foundation. He is currently serving on the Shaftsbury Development Review Board, which hears zoning and land use matters for the town of Shaftsbury.
