ALEXANDER S. MANISCALCO is counsel at Loftin | Bedell, P.C., where he practices in land use and zoning, real estate, and business organizations. He advises clients on a range of complex land use, real estate, and corporate matters, and has experience in litigation in these areas. Prior to joining Loftin | Bedell P.C., Mr. Maniscalco served as a vice president and general counsel at a residential land development company in Orange County and the Inland Empire. He is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. Mr. Maniscalco is a member of the American Bar Association and the North County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Marquette University and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
