Ryan J. Garman
is an attorney with Flynn, Py & Kruse Co. He practices in the areas of estate and tax planning, real estate and corporate law. Mr. Garman counsels clients on estate and tax planning matters, including last will and testaments, revocable and irrevocable trust agreements, estate, gift, GST, and fiduciary income taxation planning, and estate planning for retirement accounts, including IRAs and 401(k)s. He also assists clients with entity formation and selection and represents clients in corporate and real estate transactions. Mr. Garman is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association's Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section; and has completed additional LL.M. tax coursework in the field of estate and tax planning. He earned his B.S. degree from Youngstown State University, his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University, and completed 9 credit hours in LL.M. (taxation) coursework specifically in estate planning from Western Michigan University.

Marie Yves N. Jean-Baptiste
is the managing owner of The Saint Yves Law Firm, where she focuses her practice on the areas of estates and trusts, and taxation. Ms. Jean-Baptiste received her J.D. degree, Masters of Law in taxation (LL.M.) and an estate planning certificate from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She has extensive experience in the areas of litigation, family law, estate planning, estate administration and probate, income tax preparation, and tax controversy matters. Ms. Jean-Baptiste makes it a part of her practice to assist individuals of the LGBTQIA+ community in the areas of family law, and estates and trusts when confronted with unique challenges, considerations, and issues when exercising legal rights. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland state and federal courts, United States Tax Court, and United States Supreme Court. She prioritizes pro bono activities, lending her services to organizations and individuals across Maryland that are in need. Ms. Jean-Baptiste is the former chairperson for the Baltimore County Bar Association Estates & Trusts Committee, where she coordinates meetings, events, and educational programs for her estates and trusts peers. She is a member of the Executive Board for the Harford County Bar Foundation, an organization dedicated to serving members of Harford and Cecil counties.

Sterling Owens
is an attorney with The Law Office of Sterling Owens in Memphis. She practices primarily in the areas of tax, real estate and small business law. Ms. Owens earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University and her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Prior to attending law school, she worked in investment real estate in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Memphis, Tennessee.
