A. FULLER GLASER JR. is a partner in the St. Louis law firm of Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C., where he devotes the majority of his practice to corporate law and tax law. He has spoken and given seminars on behalf of National Business Institute, the Metropolitan Bar Association of St. Louis and other institutions on business and tax-related subjects. Mr. Glaser is a member of The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the American Bar Association (Business and Tax sections). He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, his J.D. degree from St. Louis University and his LL.M. degree from Washington University.
CARRIE F. KELLER is a partner in the St. Louis law firm of SmithAmundsen LLC. She concentrates her practice in the representation of privately held businesses and their owners providing general counsel, guidance and strategy regarding business planning and governance, real estate transactions, financing and wealth management. She is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Missouri and American bar associations. Ms. Keller earned her B.A. degree, with honors, from Washington University and her J.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Law.
