ELIZABETH ATTIAS is an attorney and managing member of Attias Law, LLC, a Pawleys Island, South Carolina law firm, with a practice limited to estate planning and guardian ad litem appointments. Ms. Attias assists her clients with reviewing existing estate plans and formulating appropriate wills, revocable trusts and powers of attorney. She earned her B.A. degree from Rockhurst University in Kansas City and her J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar. Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. Attias worked as director of gift and estate planning at Loyola College in Maryland. She also served as an estate planning advisor for the trust department at Wachovia Bank, working in the Atlanta, Georgia and Columbia, South Carolina markets.

R. MICHAEL MUNDEN is a tax attorney who practices in Myrtle Beach and is the principal of R. Michael Munden, Esq., P.A. He also holds the CPA, ChFC and CLU designations. Mr. Munden is a frequent speaker on tax, estate planning, probate and retirement plan topics. He is a certified public accountant in South Carolina (not currently actively practicing). Mr. Munden is a member of the Horry County and American bar associations, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Tax Council. Mr. Munden lectures at Wall College of Business at Coastal Carolina University.
