JOSEPH W. SCALIA is a sole practitioner and has been practicing law since 1976. He currently maintains his office in Roseville, California, where he focuses in the areas of business law, construction law, employment law, and sports and entertainment law, as well as real estate litigation. Mr. Scalia has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of California since 1982. He serves as a settlement judge pro tem for the Sacramento Superior Court and as an arbitrator with the Sacramento County Judicial Arbitration Association. Mr. Scalia has also served as a member on the panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association and as a mediator in alternative dispute resolutions for El Dorado County Superior Court. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Notre Dame; and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Scalia has served as a panelist for National Business Institute in the areas of limited liability companies, corporate dissolution, California real estate foreclosure, title law, and insurance. He recently co-wrote a new CEB publication entitled Neighbor Disputes--Law and Litigation. Mr. Scalia is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
AARON WALKER, CPA, with Galt CPA PC, is a graduate of CSU Sacramento and is a licensed CPA. In a career spanning more than 14 years, Mr. Walker 's experience includes preparing all types of tax returns over a variety of industries. He is also specialized in various tax credits, helping clients both large and small in maximizing their potential of tax deductions and income tax credits.
