Neal B Jannol is a sole practitioner in Los Angeles at the Law Office of Neal B. Jannol. He has been an attorney for more than 20 years and concentrates his practice on sophisticated estate and tax planning for individual clients; the representation of individual and corporate fiduciaries; and the administration of estates and trusts. Mr. Jannol's experience includes drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, business succession planning, premarital planning, charitable gift planning, and all aspects of estate administration and probate procedures. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Jannol earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles; and his J.D. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law.

 

Jamie Weese is the founding attorney of Weese Law Firm, located in Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law with an emphasis in tax law. While a law student she clerked at firms where she assisted with a wide variety of legal issues including estate planning, small business creation, bankruptcy, general litigation, and foreclosures. It quickly became evident that estate planning and small business creation were her passions. Ms. Weese is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas, and is also a member of the The Missouri Bar and Kansas Bar Association.

 

Jeffrey L Willis is the owner of Law Offices of Jeffrey L. Willis, P.A. in Wichita, where he practices in probate, wills, trusts, corporate estates, and corporate bankruptcy law. Mr. Willis is admitted to practice in Kansas. He is a member of the Wichita and Kansas bar associations and the Christian Legal Society. Mr. Willis earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Washburn University of Topeka. He has spoken to numerous civic and professional groups on his areas of practice.
