JOANNA M. ACHILLE is an attorney with TJC, where she is seasoned litigation attorney, practicing civil, criminal, and family law throughout courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts for more than 10 years. Since 2016 she has served as assistant town solicitor for the town of Foster, successfully prosecuting criminal offenses; addressing zoning, planning and land use issues; and advising the town council. Ms. Achille serves as on the boards of both the Rhode Island District Court Prosecutors’ Association and the Edward P. Gallogly Family Law Inn of Court. She received her undergraduate and law degrees, both with honors, from Roger Williams University, and is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and the United States Supreme Court.
WILLIAM J. DELANEY is a member of The Delaney Law Firm LLC. Mr. Delaney is a lifetime fellow of the Rhode Island Bar Foundation, as well as a fellow of the American Bar Association. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of Rhode Island Legal Services and is currently a member of the Rhode Island Supreme Court's MCLE Committee. Mr. Delaney is a past president of the Rhode Island Bar Association. Mr. Delaney is a member of the Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York State, Pennsylvania and Connecticut bar associations. He earned his A.B. degree from the University of Notre Dame; his M.B.A. degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; his J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University; and his L.L.M. degree from the Morin Center, Boston University School of Law.
CHIP MULLER is an employment lawyer and founder of Muller Law LLC. Mr. Muller represents employers and employees in all phases of the employment life cycle and advises companies on how to reduce risk of employment litigation. In addition to employment law, he practices civil litigation and corporate litigation. Mr. Muller is chair of the Employment Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, as well as the federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Mr. Muller earned his B.A. degree from Middlebury College, his M.A. degree in religious studies from Boston University, and his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
MICHAEL P. QUINN JR. is a trial lawyer with Decof, Barry, Mega & Quinn, P.C., where he has regularly appeared in state and federal trial courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts with a diverse caseload of complex, high-stakes plaintiff’s cases that typically involve exposure in the multiple millions of dollars. Although the majority of his clients are victims of medical malpractice, Mr. Quinn also represents individuals in cases involving sexual assault, product liability, trucking negligence, admiralty/maritime negligence, construction negligence, and all forms of professional negligence. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law.
