KYLE S. IRVIN is senior trust counsel and trust officer at Security National Wealth Management of Sioux City, Iowa. A licensed attorney in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota, Mr. Irvin has practiced law for the past 15 years, primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, corporations, and real estate. Mr. Irvin is a fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC); was chairperson of the governing council for the Probate, Trust, and Estate Planning Section of the Iowa Bar Association for 2016-2017; and is a past president of the Siouxland Estate Planning Council. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, and South Dakota State Bar Association. Mr. Irvin also serves on the Board of Directors for Sunrise Manor Retirement Community in Sioux City, Iowa. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Northwestern College and his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa.
