AARON P. FREDERICKSON is the founder of MSP Compliance Solutions, LLC. He has legal practice experience in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury and Medicare compliance. Mr. Frederickson is also a health insurance professional and has been licensed to practice law in Minnesota since 2002, as well as Wisconsin since 2008. In addition to working on highly regulated matters, Mr. Frederickson has litigated countless cases and founded a compliance consulting firm where he helped numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds across the United States. He also assists low income persons via pro bono legal representation. Mr. Frederickson earned his B.A. degree from St. Cloud State University and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is an active member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) and the Hennepin County Bar Association (HCBA).
BRAD KOLLING is a litigation attorney with Felhaber Larson. He practices in the areas of workers' compensation, employee benefits law, intervention and subrogation, labor and employment, alternative dispute resolutions, and railroad litigation, including FELA claims. He is an experienced litigator in all aspects of litigation, including trials, administrative hearings and appeals. Mr. Kolling is a qualified neutral and assists litigants in alternative dispute resolution, with a focus on workers' compensation mediation. He is a qualified facilitative/hybrid neutral (mediation) pursuant to Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of General Practice for the District Courts, a qualified civil adjudicative/evaluative neutral (arbitrator) pursuant to Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of General Practice for the District Courts, and has received advanced training in the art of trial skills at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) National Session Program. Mr. Kolling is a member of the Anoka County, Hennepin County, and the Minnesota State bar associations; and the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association. He earned his B.A. and B.S. degrees, cum laude, from the University of North Dakota; and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law.
CHELSIE D. SPRINGSTEAD is an attorney with the law firm of Lindner & Marsack, S.C. Ms. Springstead's current practice is focused on defending workers' compensation claims for the insurance industry and self-insured employers, along with handling health care subrogation and Medicaid issues. Prior to joining Lindner & Marsack, S.C., Ms. Springstead was an associate at Cermele & Associates, S.C., where she represented law enforcement officers in workers' compensation claims, grievance appeals, citizen complaints, first amendment issues, and claims under the FMLA and FLSA. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the National Worker's Compensation Defense Network (NWCDN), the Milwaukee Insurance Adjusters Association (MIAA), the Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys (WAWCA), and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP); and she is the current treasurer of the Wisconsin Association of Workers' Compensation Attorneys and a Wisconsin Workers' Compensation Forum Board member. Ms. Springstead earned her B.A. degree from the University of Illinois and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. She is a frequent speaker and lecturer on workers' compensation and subrogation topics and was recently named a Rising Star by Wisconsin Super Lawyers.
