JAMES J. BOLNER JR. is a solo practitioner. His areas of practice are business litigation, personal injury, and matters relating to private schools. He has jury trial experience in a number of different areas, including contractual disputes, wrongful death, medical malpractice, class action toxic tort litigation, motor vehicle accidents, expropriation, and construction disputes. Mr. Bolner has represented clients in the state and federal appellate courts and has appeared before the Louisiana Supreme Court. He earned his B.S. degree in geology from Louisiana State University. Mr. Bolner received his J.D. degree from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He graduated cum laude and was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Bolner was admitted to practice in Louisiana in 1992.
MARK L. CLARK is a partner with Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, LLP. His practice focuses on the defense of insurers in coverage and bad faith disputes in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. While Mr. Clark's practice covers almost every type of insurance dispute, he has developed significant experience in coverage disputes centered on maritime policies in the offshore industry, including the analysis and defense of primary and excess carriers in hull, P&I, collision and towers, maritime employers' liability, and wreck removal coverage. Insurance disputes concerning employers' liability, auto liability, and general liability issues have also become a regular part of Mr. Clark's usual practice. He earned his B.A. degree from Abilene Christian University and his J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law.
LAURENCE COHEN is a sole practitioner who has practiced automobile law, maritime law, and personal injury law in New Orleans since 1982.
