STEVEN M. AROESTY is senior counsel with SWMW Law, who has almost 30 years of experience handling all types of injury cases. He was recently the managing partner for the Edwardsville, Illinois office of the national injury law firm, Napoli, Bern, Ripka & Shoklnik; and also worked for many years for the regional injury law firm, Brown & Crouppen, in their St. Louis, Missouri office. Mr. Aroesty has experience defending injury cases and insurance coverage disputes, having worked for both insurance defense firms and as in-house counsel for insurance companies. He studied at the University of Rochester and Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where he earned his undergraduate degree. Mr. Aroesty earned his law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Missouri, Illinois, and New York, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Eighth Circuit; and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, the Northern District of Illinois, and the Eastern District of Missouri.
MATTHEW J. DEVOTI is a partner in the law firm of Casey & Devoti, P.C., where he practices in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Devoti earned his B.A. degree from Westminster College and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Law. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, The Lawyers Association of St. Louis, and the Injury Board.
CHARLES W. KRAMER is an attorney in Mequon, Wisconsin, where his practice has included insurance defense and subrogation. In the past, Mr. Kramer has practiced in the area of plaintiff's personal injury and workers' compensation. He also has handled environmental and civil rights cases. Mr. Kramer is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Wisconsin. He has been admitted pro hac vice in both the Eastern and Western districts of Arkansas. Mr. Kramer earned his B.A. degree, with general honors, from the University of Chicago and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
