FRANK F. DAILY is the principal in The Law Offices of Frank F. Daily, P.A., where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, products liability, and personal injury litigation. He previously has spoken for various professional groups on his areas of expertise. He is a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Maryland State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Maryland Association of Defense Trial Counsel. Mr. Daily has tried more than 100 jury trials and is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Daily earned his B.A. degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree from Washington University.
WES P. HENDERSON is the founding and managing member of Henderson Law, LLC, where he has more than 10 years of experience representing clients and has a past record of obtaining successful results on behalf of his clients. Mr. Henderson is an experienced litigator, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits. While he handles a variety of complex litigation matters, Mr. Henderson tends to focus his practice within the areas of legal malpractice, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, and premises liability accidents. He also regularly defends clients sued by their former lawyers for attorneys' fees. He is admitted to practice law before the Maryland Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He is a member of various associations, including the Maryland State Bar Association, the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, the Prince George’s County Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar. Mr. Henderson earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
EDWARD L. KUCZYNSKI is a partner in the Hagerstown law firm of Kuczynski & Kuczynski, P.A. Since 1982, he has focused his practice in the areas of complex litigation, personal injury, automobile accidents and injuries. Mr. Kuczynski earned his B.A. degree at Washington & Lee University and his J.D. degree at the University of Richmond School of Law.
DENNIS F. O'BRIEN is a sole proprietor at the law office of Dennis F. O'Brien, P.A., where his full-time civil litigation practice focuses on serious personal injury; product liability, including drug and medical devices; medical malpractice; nursing home negligence; appellate work; and general civil litigation. Mr. O'Brien is a member of the Maryland State, Harford County, Baltimore County and Baltimore City bar associations; and the American Association for Justice. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. O’Brien is the co-author and author of a variety of articles and is currently working on a book, Accident Reconstruction for Lawyers, to be nationally published by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA). He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Baltimore School of Law.
STEVEN B. VINICK is of counsel with the law firm of Stein Sperling Bennett De Jong Driscoll, P.C., and practices in the areas of personal injury law, criminal defense, and general civil litigation. Mr. Vinick has spoken for the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers on "The Nuts & Bolts of Personal Injury Law." He is a member of the Montgomery County, Prince George's County, and Maryland State bar associations; as well as the District of Columbia Bar, the Maryland Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Vinick earned his B.A. degree, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
